On 23 October, there will be two summits in Brussels. At first, the European Council will discuss the economic policy, including the promotion of growth and employment, and preparations for the G20 Summit. After this meeting, eurozone leaders will debate the financial situation and governance of the euro area.
At the European Council meeting, heads of state and government will identify a number of priorities required for securing sustainable growth and job creation. They will also discuss the sovereign debt crisis, economic governance and recapitalisation of banks.
